At Party City, we always strive to provide the best party supplies for your celebrations. However, as we are closing down, please note that our return policy has changed.

Due to our Closing Sale (up to 90% off), all purchases are final. We are not accepting returns, exchanges, or order cancellations on any items.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We do not accept returns for any in-store or online purchases.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to our customer support team for review.
